Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within [7-14 days] of purchase for store credit or exchange only.Condition: Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- With all tags attached and in the original packaging, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift card
Sale or clearance items.
Undergarments and bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats).
Return Process
Online Purchases:

- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the return.
- Ship the item(s) back to:

In-Store Purchases:
- Bring the item and receipt to our boutique within the return window for store credit or exchange.
Store Credit & Exchanges
- Store Credit: Issued once the return is approved. Credits can be used for future purchases and do not expire.
- Exchanges: Subject to availability. We recommend contacting us to reserve the item before returning your original purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description. We’ll arrange for a replacement or store credit.
